Mustang Public Schools
Pre-Kindergarten Roundup
Mustang Public Schools will be holding their Pre-Kindergarten Roundup
(enrollment) on the evening of March 27, 2008 from 5:00 – 6 :30. It will be
located at Mustang Middle School. MMS is located directly south of the Central
Administration Building and Mustang Midhigh.
You must have the following with you at enrollment:
Completed packet.
 Two
proofs of residency (Gas, water, electric bills
,
or Realtor’s contract. Telephone and Cablevision bills are not
accepted).
Immunization
record indicating completion
of the following:
Hep B –
3 Doses
Hep A –
2 Doses
DPT/Dtap
– 4 Doses
Varicella
- 1 Dose (or proof of child already having chicken pox)
Polio –
3 Doses
MMR – 1
Dose
Official
Birth certificate (copy)
Pre-Kindergarten enrollment packets may be picked up at any Mustang
elementary school beginning March 3. Packets will be accepted the evening of
Pre-Kindergarten roundup. If you are not able to attend the Pre-K roundup, you
may return the completed packet to the Mustang Education Center located on
Highway 92, starting Friday, March 28, 2008.
All information and immunizations must be completed before a child will be
enrolled.
The Hours of
Operation
The Pre-K program follows the regular school calendar with morning sessions from 8:15 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. and afternoon sessions from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
